Hello, Can you help me understand why on the 9 day advanced circuit that it shows to do both of these? Does one really need to spend 50 minutes training just the shoulders? This is going to be in addition to Abs and cardio for the day. I'm not looking to make shortcuts really, but that's alot of time for one workout session.
