Hi Joey I'm doing Whole 30 till Feb 1st. It's not a crazy diet it's an elimination diet. I am doing the plant based version as well. Lots of fruits veggies salads, nuts, seeds and I got the pea protein you suggested on your flex fusion nutrition. I suspect dairy/ cheese and even monkfruit stevia may be giving me adverse symptoms. I got your belly elixir and love it but no go from While 30 only because of stevia leaf. I can tell you this isn't about my weight it's about my ❤️ and my blood sugar. I saw your new vid re 5 failure factors and I absolutely agree with you. On day 3I I reintroduce 1 group at a time to see if any symptoms return. I then take 2-3 days going back to full elimination to see if symptoms disappear. I do that with each thing dairy, meat, stevia, oats, bread etc I'll reintroduce your elixir after I'm finished with that. Already on day 2 without any sugars except fruit I am experiencing 10 pts lower in my bpm heart rate. I am calmer as well. This is not to take away from your program at all. I'll return to flex fusion nutrition once I see what foods are the culprit. I continue to do your beginner 5 day schedule as a member and I think you are the real deal! Thx for all you do;
