SCULPTAFIT-Club Fitness Training Schedules & Progressions

The following training session sequences are examples of how a day by day SCULPTAFIT fitness routine should look.

While these are mainly for at home use, they can also be applied to when traveling for vacation, business or visiting friends and family. When traveling, of course, you’ll use the travel/hotel fitness training videos for your programs to follow.

Some things to keep in mind:

Despite our best efforts and intentions to “stick to a plan”, life sometimes takes us off course. Be it a day, a week - or sometimes longer. BUT, we must always come back to what is best for us. So, for now, I’ll focus on the “day” issue.

It’s simple - if you must miss a day, or you simply feel like skipping a day and making it more an active rest day - such as with a massage therapy session and some light/fun bike riding, or a hike in the woods, or a power-walk on the beach… ALL GOOD - you just come back and pick up where you left off. So if you miss Day #3 - you just come back a day or two later and get right into Day #3 as your session for that day. Simple.

Also, keep in mind, these are “suggested” schedules, presented as examples. These are not set in stone, and you can modify them, to suit your needs, preferences and schedules. Furthermore - you can make modifications every time you go through a rotation.

Main point being that there is flexibility in these Sample Schedules and room for “making them your own” And if you’re ever unsure about any kind of modification, substitution or addition - all you have to do is post in the SCULPTAFIT-Club private community and you’ll get your answer :-)
