I can to access my “total access” plan. I pay you 19 bucks every month and I get access to a few videos, never “ total access”. Why don’t you post a phone number so I can understand why by speaking to you. I have been trying to resolve this since August 2022. I just paid again for October and still have zero access not “ total access”! Has anyone else has this problem?
